Shipping Policy:
Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping time/method selected begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
Orders with customized products ship together and take an additional 2-4 days to process.
Leatherman is closed on all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days.
For shipments to PO, FPO or APO boxes, Standard US Post is the only shipping available.
For shipments going to AK or HI UPS two-day, or Standard US Post are the only shipping methods available.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Leatherman will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.
*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or engraved items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.
