How do I start a return?

Domestic Returns Process:

If you need to make a return or an exchange click here to start. Be sure to read the directions carefully and choose the item you’d like to exchange for (style, color, size, etc.).

After that, you’ll request and download your return label and you have 7 days to mail the items back to us. Your refund/credit will be issued to you automatically via email once the return is processed. Please note, returns through the online portal must be done within 30 days of purchase date, not the delivery date. For returns for refunds back to Credit Cards or PayPal, we deduct $6.50 shipping and restocking fee.

Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has reached its destination warehouse. For refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your statements depending on where you bank after it’s been issued. If you have questions about the status of your return or refund, feel free to reach out, we’d be happy to answer those questions.

Be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification.
