We currently deliver to destinations within the United States and U.S. territories. Shipping rates vary based on type of order (subscriptions vs non-subscriptions), destination, and items purchased. For expedited orders that are greater than 10 pounds, shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be based upon weight.

Store.coffeebean.com orders cannot be returned to our physical cafe locations but our Customer Support team is always happy to help.
To initiate a return, exchange, or a refund, please visit us here within 30 days of purchase to request an RMA#.
Some refunds or exchanges may require return of the product at our discretion. For any approved returns, we will provide an RMA # and shipping address. A return label may be provided for damaged or defective items. Any returns mailed without a valid RMA# will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is approved, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment less adjustments for shipping and handling.
