Return Policy:

You may return unworn/defective item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund if you checked out as a guest. Skechers Plus members will have 90 days to return. Please note, purchases must be made under your Skechers Plus account in order to enjoy the extended return period.
Option 1: Return via a FREE printable UPS return label
Initiate the return by downloading the return label and form from Skechers.com:

• Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
• Select “Check Status”
• Select the “Need to Return this item” link next to the item(s) you would like to return.
• Select the first option “Use our prepaid return label”
• Select “Print Return Label” (Label not available for APO/FPO locations or US Territories)
• Separate the pre-paid return label from your completed return form at the perforation, include your form with your unworn item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box.
• Only one label is needed to return multiple items. You may include all items in one box.
• If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
• Drop off your return at any UPS-authorized shipping center. Find the UPS service center nearest to you.

Option 2: Return at any Skechers retail store (excluding Guam retail locations). For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from Skechers.com. Find your local Skechers store.
To initiate the return, download the return form from Skechers.com:

• Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
• Select “Check Status”
• Select the “Need to Return this item” link next to the item(s) you would like to return.
• Select the second option “Bring it to our store”
• Print Receipt and return to any Skechers company-owned retail store.
