Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, larger orders may possibly take longer.

Shipments are based on business days (including express shipping). We do not process or ship orders during the weekends or holidays.
Delivery time of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
Return Policy:
Request for refunds not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise such as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable merchandise returned due to the customers’ error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to all freight charges. Any returns due to non-damage will result to account credit only.
Most refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your refund/exchange details. Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a couple business days for the credit to reflect to your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
