At OROROwear, we pride ourselves on our speed and focus. We aim to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours – excluding weekends and holidays.

Return & Exchange:
Return Policy
- Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- If you need an exchange after 30 days from your order delivery, a $10 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
How to Return
Customers in the United States may submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge. Every order is eligible for ONLY ONE prepaid shipping label for free. If you need to return or exchange for twice or more, you will need to cover the extra frieght at your own expense.
