SHIPPING :
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday by 1 p.m. (ET). At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that most items (except those that require personalization) ship within one business day of successful payment processing.
RETURNS :
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the faulty or incorrect item within one working day of delivery. The item must be returned to us within 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return arrives at our returns centre a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
