All returns or exchanges must be in returnable condition; unworn, all tags attached with original packaging. Upon receipt of returned products, IntelliSkin reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements.

– If your product is returned within 14 days of purchase, the product is eligible for a full refund
– If your product is returned after 14 days and before 30 days of purchase, the product is eligible for store credit ONLY
– ONE EXCHANGE per product
– You will need print the return form and shipping label
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
