SHIPPING : 

For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 5 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

RETURNS : 

If a consumer is not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we, as quality FTD Member Florists, will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price within seven days of receipt of the FTD order.
