Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send back your item(s). A $5 fee will be deducted from your total refund if you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label. You may also send your return back using a shipping method of your choice, noting that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and handling.
