Shipping & Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. If your order date has exceeded 30 days, we unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return and/or exchange has been initiated and dropped off at your local Post Office we cannot edit your return or exchange.
If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased and the exchange item must be equal value of the item originally purchased.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less the cost of return processing fee ($5.99)
- We cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by EM Cosmetics
- Shipping and handling are not refundable
- Items denoted as “Last Chance” “Final Sale” “Sets” or “Bundles” are not eligible for return
