Shipping:

We send most orders out the day we receive them (Monday-Friday received by 2pm CST).  Now and then one gets delayed and so we have to make the official answer, “We ship all orders within 24-48 hours M-F”, but we have the “official answer” so nobody gets mad if that doesn’t happen.  You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, and if there’s any glitch we’ll contact you ASAP.  Please note that most shippers (UPS, Post Office, FedEx) all have earlier cutoff times for overnight shipments.  So we can only guarantee next day if we receive the order by noon Central Time Monday-Thursday. 2-Day and Overnight shipping apply to business days and are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. Orders are also not shipped on Federal Holidays.

Return & Exchange:

With that said, we cannot accept returns of these items:
1. Swimsuits or Underwear because… yea.
2. Load-bearing climbing equipment because that would be unsafe.
3. Water filtration equipment after it’s been used.

Within 30 Days of Original Purchase:  Clear Water Outdoor gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price.
