While we do keep levels of inventory for some of our most popular items, most of our goods are made to order right after the order has been received. Depending on the size of the order, availability of materials and ableness of our artisans, production time can vary from 4 days up to 4 weeks from the date the order is received.

While we offer registered EMS international tracking with all of our orders, this tracking is unfortunately not available in selected countries. As a result, transit time to these countries can take up to 8 weeks.
