Wood reclaimed from railroad ties – “sleepers” in railway parlance – shows the character bestowed by half a century of use and exposure to the elements. Our lamp highlights that history on the front and back of its square base, the scarred and weathered surfaces contrasted by smoothly planed wood at the sides.
